New to strength training or ready to get back into a routine?

The Strength Reset is a 6-week small-group coaching programme designed for women aged 40–55 who want to build strength, improve confidence and feel comfortable in the gym.

Whether you've never trained before or it's been a while, our coach Nikki will guide you through a supportive, progressive strength programme tailored to your ability and experience.

Your 6-week membership includes:
1 × 45-minute coached small-group session per week (6 sessions total)
Maximum 3 women per group for personalised support
Full 24/7 key-card access to Align for 6 weeks
Your own strength training programme to follow independently
Guidance on exercise technique, gym equipment and building sustainable exercise habits

Available session times:
Monday - 6:45am-7:30am
Monday - 12:15pm-1:00pm
Wednesday - 12:15pm-1:00pm

Investment: $299 for the full 6 weeks.

Spaces are strictly limited to 3 women per group (9 places total).

No previous gym experience required. Just a willingness to start!
